Proxies
Each member attending in person may hold one or more proxies as per clause 14(14) of the Constitution. Such proxies must be received by the Company Secretary no later than 6pm on Monday 2 December 2024.
Online attendance at the meeting will be via ZOOM. Members proposing to attend via ZOOM must register their details with the Company Secretary before 6pm on Monday 2 December 2024. Requests for ZOOM access are to be sent by email secretary@sydneybridgecentre.com.
The nomination form for nomination of candidates for the positions of Chairman, Treasurer and Councillor must be received by the Company Secretary no later than 6pm on Wednesday 6 November 2024.
